The Founder
About the Founder
Rock Power K. Ntumba is the Founder and CEO of Rock Power Business Group LLC (RPBG), an international education and consulting company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
With more than two decades of experience across education, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and international engagement, his work has focused particularly on expanding opportunities for students, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders from Africa.
His professional foundation was built through entrepreneurship education and youth development in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, followed by international leadership and professional development experiences across Africa, Asia, and the United States. Over the years, he has worked with students, entrepreneurs, universities, education organizations, and professional networks in different international contexts.
Today, he leads RPBG’s international education activities from Dubai, with a particular focus on serving students from French- and English-speaking African communities, both across the African continent and within the diaspora.
His work combines an understanding of African markets with international education experience, enabling RPBG to support students responsibly while developing professional relationships with universities, colleges, schools, and other education providers around the world.

We also recognize the responsibility that comes with representing international education opportunities in African markets. Universities, colleges, schools, and education providers need partners who understand local communities, communicate accurately, and support students responsibly.
Our continued professional engagement with the international education sector—including participation in NAFSA workshops in the United States, ICEF international education events, and destination-specific counsellor training for Canada and Australia—helps us remain informed, connected, and committed to professional standards as the sector evolves.
