The journey of Rock Power Business Group LLC is not simply a story of business creation—it is a story of purpose, resilience, and vision born from lived experience.
In 2008, our founder was selected as one of the recipients of the highly competitive African Young Leaders Full Scholarship, sponsored by the MasterCard Foundation Program. This prestigious award provided him with the rare opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C., USA, where he took part in a global leadership and financial inclusion training hosted by Making Cents International at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University.
It was more than a training—it was a turning point.
There, in the heart of the U.S. capital, exposed to global systems and forward-thinking institutions, he made a personal vow:
“I will not keep this knowledge to myself. I will return home and multiply its impact.”
What made his journey even more unique was that he had independently navigated the entire U.S. visa process—without assistance, without shortcuts. That process, though complex, planted a powerful idea in his heart:
“If I could do this for myself, I can guide others to do the same—with excellence.”
